Fertilizer application - disc type. Immediately after the metal disks were installed curvilinear ogee nozzles.
Metal tubes are attached to them. Fertilizers are applied through the tubes. The possible tillage options are continuous and inter-row.
Using a special regulator, the dose of fertilizer can be set for each section of the machine. Excess fertiliser is redirected back into the main tank.
The current rate of fertilizer is displayed on a monitor located by the tractor operator in the cab.
To ensure that the volume of fertilizer delivered exactly matches the standard at any forward speed, the feed pump is wheel driven.
MAIN TANK (CISTERN)
A solid polyethylene tank with a wall thickness of 10 mm is mounted on the applicator. Internal dividing walls ensure proper distribution of the liquid inside
in harsh working conditions. The tank is resistant to mechanical damage, ultraviolet radiation and aggressive chemicals. Reinforced external stiffening ribs
make the tank stronger.
PUMP + COMPUTER
The liquid is filled by a centrifugal pump of an American company ACE PUMP. The pump is connected to the tractor's hydraulics through the REKORD control system,
which maintains the rate of fluid supply regardless of changes in the speed of the machine.
ROTATING EJECTOR DISCS
The application of liquid to the soil is done by means of an ejector working unit. It consists of a stainless steel wheel and ejector feeders
that deliver the liquid to the soil. Injection is carried out at a pressure of 2-4 bar, which minimizes the possibility of clogging of working parts.
The working fluid is supplied through a flow meter with calibrated nozzles.
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
The spray distribution system distributes the total spray to the rotating body and ensures an even application over the entire working width, also prevents product
leakage when the system pressure is reduced to 0.5 bar. Flowmeters are used to monitor the fluid and visualize the application process, as well as to signal
a blocked working organ.
