A fast and maneuverable sprayer that also has an impressive ground clearance (1.8 m) and several width options, making it suitable for processing industrial crops (corn, rapeseed and others).

Each component of the unit's chassis is selected to ensure reliability and durability of its operation, as well as high efficiency in performing the tasks assigned to the sprayer.

The unit's hydraulic transmission is rear-wheel drive and allows for smooth shifting. Optionally, the unit can be equipped with a four-wheel drive transmission. The manufacturers of the highly reliable transmission components are the international group Poclain Hydraulics and the German company Sauer.

Each sprayer suspension - both front and rear - is hydropneumatic and independent. As a result, the machine is able to process crops at speeds of up to 20 km / h. At this speed, the reliability and stability of the shock absorbers is particularly important. For this purpose, they are equipped with powerful nitrogen energy accumulators.

The sprayer is powered by a Perkins diesel engine. Its output is 145 hp and it is also characterized by a high level of reliability. The engine meets the EURO3 environmental standard regarding the content of harmful substances in exhaust gases.

A cabin with a high level of comfort is provided for the machine operator. It is equipped with a comfortable seat with pneumatic adjustment, air conditioning and a carbon filter. An excellent panoramic view opens up from the operator's seat. The "Bravo 180" control computer makes it easy to control the crop processing and track its parameters on a monitor installed in the cabin.

The sprayer's working fluid reserve tank with a capacity of 3,150 liters is made of fiberglass, and the 24-meter hydraulic beam is made of metal parts that have undergone anti-corrosion treatment during production (sandblasting with another powder coating).

The stability of the boom position during spraying is ensured by a pendulum mechanism. Its height in the range from 0.8 m to 2.7 m can be changed using two hydraulic cylinders and a parallelogram suspension. If the collision with an obstacle leads to a deflection of the boom up to 45 ° in the horizontal plane, a special mechanism returns it to its previous position after passing the obstacle.

On request, the device can be additionally equipped with a GPS navigator from Raven (model Cruizer II), as well as a mechanical autopilot from the same manufacturer (model SmartSteer).
