Speed and maneuverability are just two of the many advantages of this sprayer, which also has a high ground clearance (1800 mm), as well as five meter steps. All of the above allow you to assign the device to the category of sprayers, with which you can process crops called technical (such as corn).

Each of the parts included in the chassis of the unit helps ensure reliable operation, its service life is long, and processing is carried out with maximum efficiency.

The gearbox has a hydraulic rear-wheel drive. It provides a smooth change of speed. In addition, the sprayer can be equipped with four-wheel drive. Manufacturers of high quality transmission components are Poclain Hydraulics and Sauer.

The suspensions of the described technique, both front and rear, are hydropneumatic and independent. This feature allows spraying at speeds of up to 20 km / h. This speed requires reliable and stable shock absorbers. They are equipped with powerful energy storage elements filled with nitrogen.

Since the unit is self-propelled, its design includes its own power plant: a Perkins diesel engine. It is a highly reliable installation with an output of 145 hp. The concentration of hazardous emissions in the engine exhaust is within the limits allowed by the EURO 3 eco-standard.

The sprayer operator will work in an extremely comfortable cabin. It provides the presence of a comfortable seat with pneumatic adjustment, air conditioning and carbon filter. The overall layout of the cab and the position of the seat guarantee a panoramic view for the operator. In order to facilitate the spraying of plants and to monitor their characteristics as easily as possible, the machine is equipped with a Bravo 180 computer installed in the cabin.

The capacity of the working solution is 3 cubic meters. The material it is made of is fiberglass. The length of the hydraulic boom is 28,000 mm. It is welded from metal parts subjected to anti-corrosion treatment (sandblasting) and powder coating.

The stable position of the beam during processing is ensured by a pendulum mechanism. The distance from the ground (in the range of 800 mm - 2700 mm) can be changed while driving. This function is provided by two hydraulic cylinders and a parallelogram suspension. When passing through any obstacle, the beam can pivot up to 45 ° in the horizontal plane. After passing the obstacle with a special mechanism, it will be returned to its original position.

On request, the sprayer can be equipped with a GPS navigator "Raven" (model "Cruizer II").
